RAASIS Technology provides SEO, AI SEO/GEO/AEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, website development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, CRO, analytics, and dedicated expert support.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are agreed in a separate proposal, quote, or statement of work before work begins.

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, content, credentials, and approvals needed to deliver the agreed scope. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that content, assets, and instructions provided to RAASIS do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and recurring retainer billing, are set out in the individual proposal or invoice for each engagement.

Late or non-payment may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. RAASIS retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.

Third-party tools, licenses, stock assets, and platforms used in delivery remain subject to their own respective licensing terms.

SEO, AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and local search results depend on factors outside RAASIS's control, including competition, algorithm changes, and platform policies. RAASIS does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or lead volume, and focuses on the highest-leverage, measurable improvements available.

To the extent permitted by law, RAASIS Technology's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site or ongoing services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
