Paid media managed against cost per qualified lead and return on ad spend — not clicks, impressions or a dashboard nobody reads.
RAASIS runs pay-per-click across every channel that can genuinely produce demand for you: Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, Microsoft, YouTube and the new sponsored surfaces inside AI answers. We rebuild the measurement layer first, because a campaign optimising toward a broken conversion signal will spend your money very efficiently on the wrong thing.
People already looking for what you sell. Highest intent, highest competition, and the first budget any account should earn the right to spend.
What are PPC services?
Direct answer
PPC (pay-per-click) services are the strategy, build, tracking and daily management of paid advertising where you pay only when someone clicks. In India that spans Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads and — since 2026 — sponsored placements inside AI answers. The management fee is separate from the ad spend itself.

Will PPC actually make you money?
Most agencies open with “what is your budget?”. The more useful question is what a customer is worth to you, because that sets the highest price you can pay for a lead and still profit. Move the sliders.
Your numbers
What you pay the platforms, before any management fee.
Indian search CPCs commonly run ₹15–₹150 depending on category.
Visitors who become an enquiry. The 2026 paid-search average is 8.18%.

Scale-ready
These numbers support scaling
Your margin can afford up to ₹3,465 per lead and you are paying ₹1,000. That headroom is what makes it safe to increase spend — the constraint becomes how much demand exists, not whether the maths works.

Week 101

Figures are US-dollar benchmarks published for 2026. Indian CPCs typically run substantially lower — often a fifth to a tenth of these levels depending on category — but conversion rates and cost-per-lead ratios travel across markets far better than absolute click prices do. Cost per click across all industries is now more than double what it was a decade ago, which is why margin-aware bidding matters more every year.
Privacy & measurement
Tracking that still works after consent
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act changes how advertising data may be collected, and Google requires Consent Mode v2 for tracking and remarketing to keep functioning. Accounts that ignore this do not get a warning — they simply start losing conversion data, and the bidding degrades with it.
DPDP Act, 2023
India's data protection law
Consent must be free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, given by clear affirmative action. Pre-ticked boxes, bundled consent and implied consent do not meet the standard.
Cookie banners and lead forms rebuilt to collect valid, provable consent.
Consent Manager timeline
Phased compliance dates
India's consent-manager framework becomes operative in November 2026, with full compliance following in May 2027. Advertising stacks need to be ready before, not after, those dates.
A migration plan sequenced against the statutory dates, not left to the deadline.
Google Consent Mode v2
Platform requirement
Without Consent Mode v2, remarketing audiences and conversion measurement degrade or stop. With it, modelled conversions recover a large share of what consent refusal would otherwise remove.
Consent signals wired into GTM so measurement survives refusal.
Penalty exposure
Why this is a board issue
The DPDP Act's schedule provides for penalties reaching into hundreds of crores for processing personal data without consent or failing to secure it. Marketing pixels are personal-data processing.

Best for: High-spend accounts above ₹25 lakh a month
The standard model for large accounts, where Indian agencies typically charge between 10% and 20% of spend. We cap ours lower and taper it as spend grows, so our fee does not rise faster than your results.
Indicative starting investments. Final scope depends on the number of channels, catalogue size, sales-cycle length and how much measurement work is needed first. Across the Indian market, single-channel management commonly runs ₹15,000–₹60,000 a month at small-business scale and ₹75,000–₹2,00,000 or more at enterprise level, with percentage-of-spend pricing typically between 10% and 20% on large accounts.

Questions
PPC questions, answered honestly
Including the ones where the honest answer costs us the sale — because knowing early that a channel will not work for you saves money on both sides.
What are PPC services?
PPC services cover the strategy, build, measurement and daily management of pay-per-click advertising, where you pay only when someone clicks your ad. In practice that means keyword and audience research, campaign structure, ad creative, landing pages, conversion tracking, bid and budget management, and reporting. In India it usually spans Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and from 2026 also includes sponsored placements inside AI answer experiences.
How much do PPC services cost in India?
Management fees and ad spend are two separate costs. Across the Indian market, management typically runs from about ₹15,000 to ₹60,000 a month for a single channel at small-business scale, ₹35,000 to ₹75,000 for mid-market accounts, and ₹75,000 to ₹2,00,000 or more at enterprise level. Percentage-of-spend pricing is common on large accounts, usually between 10% and 20%. RAASIS starts at ₹45,000 a month for two managed channels, with a one-time audit at ₹35,000.
How much should I budget for ad spend?
Work backwards from economics rather than picking a round number. Take your average order value or deal value, multiply by gross margin to get what a sale can afford, then divide by your lead-to-sale close rate to get a break-even cost per lead. Multiply that by the number of leads you want each month and you have a defensible budget. As a floor, a Google Search campaign needs enough spend to gather roughly 30 conversions a month before smart bidding has anything useful to learn from.
How long before PPC produces results?
Faster than SEO, but not instant. Traffic and first leads usually appear within days of launch. Smart bidding needs one to two weeks of conversion data before it stabilises, and meaningful optimisation decisions need four to six weeks. For considered purchases with a long sales cycle, judging performance before one full cycle has completed will mislead you in both directions.
Is PPC better than SEO?
They answer different questions. PPC buys immediate, controllable visibility that stops the moment you stop paying. SEO compounds slowly and keeps working, but cannot be switched on for next month's launch. The practical answer for most Indian businesses is PPC first to find out which messages and offers actually convert, then SEO to own that demand permanently, with PPC retained for the queries that are too competitive or too seasonal to win organically.
Do ads now appear inside AI Overviews and AI Mode?
Yes. Google serves ads above and below AI Overviews and within AI Mode, and industry tracking shows ads alongside roughly a quarter of AI Overview responses in 2026, up from about 5% of responses in early 2025. Eligibility comes from your existing Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, so most advertisers are already appearing on these surfaces without having opted in. That is a reason to audit which queries now trigger an AI answer, not a reason to buy a separate product.
Can I advertise inside ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity?
Only partly, and it changes quickly. OpenAI began piloting labelled sponsored results in ChatGPT for free users during 2026. Perplexity tested sponsored answers and then withdrew from advertising entirely in early 2026. Gemini's assistant does not carry search-style ads, and Anthropic has said Claude will stay ad-free. So ChatGPT is a genuine test channel, while Gemini, Claude and Perplexity are earned-visibility surfaces you reach through answer engine optimisation rather than a media buy.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do, without exception. Every Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn and Microsoft account is created in your business name with you as owner and us as a managed user. If our engagement ends, you keep the accounts, the conversion history, the audiences and the learning. Agency-owned accounts are the single most common trap in Indian PPC contracts, because leaving means starting the algorithm from zero.
Why are my Google Ads getting clicks but no conversions?
In audits, this is nearly always one of four things. The tracking is wrong, so conversions are happening but not recorded. The search terms are irrelevant, so broad match is buying research traffic dressed as intent. The landing page does not match the ad's promise, so the visitor leaves within seconds. Or the offer itself is not competitive in the market you are bidding into. Fixing bids before you have identified which of the four applies is how accounts lose money efficiently.
Should I use Performance Max?
For most e-commerce and lead-gen accounts with clean conversion data, yes — Google cites an average 27% lift in conversions or conversion value at similar CPA. But it needs guardrails: brand exclusions so it does not claim credit for searches you would have won for free, disciplined asset groups, and separate reporting. Performance Max on default settings in an account with broken tracking will confidently spend your budget on the wrong audience.
What is AI Max for Search and should I turn it on?
AI Max is Google's AI-led layer for Search campaigns, expanding how queries are matched and how ad assets are generated. Google reports the full suite producing around 7% more conversions or conversion value at similar CPA compared with search-term matching alone. It is worth testing on mature accounts that have exhausted manual expansion — with brand, geography and landing-page controls active, and with query reporting reviewed weekly rather than left to run.
How does the DPDP Act affect my ad tracking?
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires consent that is free, specific, informed, unconditional and unambiguous, given by clear affirmative action — which rules out pre-ticked boxes and implied consent. Advertising pixels process personal data, so they fall within scope. Practically, you need a consent banner wired to Google Consent Mode v2, tags that fire only on consent, and a record of what was collected. Without Consent Mode v2, remarketing and conversion measurement degrade and bidding quality falls with them.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We ask for an initial 90 days, because rebuilding measurement and gathering enough conversion data to judge performance genuinely takes that long, and anything shorter measures the rebuild rather than the results. After that it is monthly rolling with 30 days' notice on either side. You keep the accounts, the tracking implementation and the landing pages regardless of how the engagement ends.
Can you work alongside our in-house marketing team?
Frequently, and it is often the best structure. Common splits are: we run media operations while your team owns creative and brand; we own measurement and reporting while your team runs the campaigns; or we act as a strategic layer that audits, plans and trains while in-house executes. We document everything in your accounts rather than in ours, so knowledge stays with you.
